We want your feet to be as happy as you are in your new shoes, so we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure shoes are trialed on carpeted surfaces to maintain their pristine condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and packaging, then print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and secure it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
